Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are categorized into two scenarios:

  • Refund requests on the same day as the date of the health checkup.
  • Refund requests made before the health checkup date on which it is scheduled to be availed.

Here are the guidelines for cancellation:

  • Once the patient initiates billing at HexaMed Diagnostics & Specialty Clinics or any other business wing of HexaMed Healthcare Services LLP, no refund requests will be granted.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to at least 12 hours before the scheduled health check appointment.
  • The hospital shall not be held responsible if communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete address information provided by the individual.
  • In case of a refund, a 3% processing charge will be levied on the amount to be refunded.
  • The specified refund amount will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions. Refunds will be made through NEFT, regardless of the payment mode chosen by the patient.
  • The cancellation process and refund processing time mentioned above may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays, etc.), and HexaMed Healthcare Services LLP cannot be held liable for any resulting delays.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:-
  • Shipping is not included in our health checkup services.
